Purpose: To manage the local liquor sales to members & staff and provides general administrative support
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12
- A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in Sales and cash reconciliation
- In-depth knowledge of Wine and Spirits would be advantageous
- Computer literate (SAP and Excel)
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Experience in stock management

Job Summary:
- Monitor and maintain weekly/monthly stock check
- Drive sales in order to increase sales and volumes
- Ensure that the image of the store is in line with agreed standards
- Maintain customer satisfaction levels
- Receive, advise and take customers’ orders
- Issue invoices to customers
- Do daily sales recon and banking
- Generate daily sales report and differentiate between cash and credit card transactions
- Update price list
- Create requisitions as necessary
- Receipt of all invoices on SAP
