Purpose: To promote KWV brands and products in the Northern Cape region by visiting Liquor outlets (On and Off Trade) as per a contracted call cycle in order to increase visibility of the KWV brands and increase sales.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
• At least 2 years relevant experience in FMCG
• Experience in the Liquor industry will be advantageous
• Computer literate on an advanced level
• Must have a valid driver’s license without endorsements as well have own vehicle
• Availability for business travel and possible overnight stay
• Must be able to communicate (read and write) in English on and above average level
• Must be a South African citizen

• Strong sales skills and experience
• Strong negotiating, relationship building and networking skills
• Must have a passion for interacting with customers and a passion for customer service
• Ability to operate independently and be self-motivated, innovative and self-driven

Job Summary:

• Develop and manage sound customer relationships and handle customer and consumer complaints and queries
• Educate consumers regarding KWV brands
• Drive distribution i.e. availability
• Manage sales administration requirements i.e. prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports
• Visit customers as per a fixed contracted call cycle
• Implementation of the KWV way of selling and negotiate displays and pricing
• Ensure the implementation of the Sales Drivers and promotions and Point of sale/merchandising in store
